About the role
You’re the heart of every shift. You’ll help prep, cook and serve our Hawaiian-Asian fusion menu, keep the line moving, and make every guest feel like part of the fam. No restaurant experience needed — we’ll train you on everything.
What you'll do
- Prep ingredients and assemble musubi, bowls and sides to recipe
- Greet guests, take orders and handle payments
- Keep your station clean and follow food safety standards
- Pack online, delivery and catering orders accurately
- Help open or close the restaurant
- Support your crew wherever the rush needs you
What you need
- 18 or older
- Available [weekends / evenings — confirm]
- A positive, team-first attitude
Nice to have
- Food handler card (we can help you get one)
- Experience in food service or retail
- Speaks a second language

Physical requirements & work environment
- Stand and walk for the length of a shift
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Work near hot equipment, sharp tools and in a fast-paced kitchen

Pay details
This role pays $16.90–$18.40/hr, plus tips and bonuses. Every Shootz posting lists its pay range up front.
