The secret ingredient? Peace of mind
Shootz means "sounds good, let's go." It's the word you say when the plan comes together — and that's the feeling we chase with every plate. We're a Cali-Asian fusion kitchen that grew up in Southern California, where island plate-lunch tradition meets SoCal's restless, flavor-obsessed energy.
One day we whipped butter with garlic, a little kimchi, and a lot of love, and brushed it over crispy katsu. People lost it. That Kimchi Butter became our gold — the reason folks drive across town, the thing they crave on the way home. Everything we make starts there.
Today we serve it across five neighborhoods, cater the parties you'll actually remember, and run an app that hands out free food like family. Same warmth, more tables.
