These terms apply when you use eatshootz.com and the services on it, which are run by Shootz Hawaiian, LLC (doing business as Shootz, “Shootz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to them.

1. SMS Terms

In short: We text you only about things you’ve asked us for, like your job application or your catering order. You can stop the texts anytime by replying STOP.

Program

This is the Shootz Hawaiian, LLC text message program. We send these texts:

• Job application updates and interview scheduling, for people who have applied to work with us
• Catering quotes, order confirmations, and day-of updates
• Replies to customer support requests

We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the optional text-consent box on our careers application or catering request form, or by texting us first for support. Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase. You can apply for a job or request catering without agreeing to texts.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out and get help

• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will get one text confirming that you’re unsubscribed, and then no more.
• Reply HELP for help, or email info@shootzhawaiian.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information

We collect your mobile number only to send the texts you’ve asked for. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read more in the text messaging section of our Privacy Policy.

2. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about Shootz, find a location, request catering, apply for a job, and contact us. Please use it lawfully. Do not try to break, overload, or get unauthorized access to the site or its systems, and do not copy our photos, logos, or other content for your own use without our written permission. Shootz, Pipiopi, and our logos belong to Shootz Hawaiian, LLC.

Information you send us through the site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. No warranties

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as is, and we do not promise that it will always be error free or up. Menus, prices, hours, and availability can change. To the extent the law allows, Shootz is not liable for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, the website.

4. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed, and the new version applies once it is posted.
